HOW DOES A CMS WORK?
The Content Management system works with a front side and a backside. The front side allows you to create the content you want through built-in tools in the dashboard, also known as the CMA (Content Management Application). The back end or CDA (Content Delivery Application) oversees delivering the content that the user requested on the server.
CMS platforms also allow you to upload and manage the media you want to show on your website, such as images, icons, videos, photographs, audio, etcetera. Usually, they have a media library which is pretty helpful when you don't have all the specific media you need.
Yay! Another important aspect of CMS platforms is that is usually less expensive than website builders but you need to have a domain and hosting place for your website. Don’t forget about the security part too when buying a domain!!
